     HI

    We own several scanners but some of them were registred by employees that have retired with their personnal adress. How can we re-registrer those scanners ?

    Because for now, we cant upgraded those scanner online (Maxisys, MX808, and maxisys mini)

     why doesn't anyone answer this question? I have the same problem and when i searched it I fount literally 100s of post about this and no replies?

    Hello, I was able to re-register my device (ms908). I contacted the previous owner and he gave me his password to his account. I was able to then remove this device from His account and add it to mine. This is the only way I'm aware of if you want to keep renewing the yearly subscription. The device has to be removed from the registered account.
